The staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to assist us with local tips and dinner reservations, which truly enhanced our experience.
Our room had a noticeable smell of smoke that lingered throughout our stay, likely coming from neighboring rooms.

oh, how charming, the shower drenched the whole floor daily! absolutely delightful. and not to mention the pre-authorisation charge, sort of like a surprise I didn't ask for. one would think being a superior guest would yield a more spacious room, but alas, that didn't happen. almost left a glowing review but just couldn't.

Clean, comfortable room with a decent bathroom setup. Conveniently located near public transport for easy city exploration.
The room was quite small, with a low ceiling and limited space, making movements feel cramped. Shower setup lacked a curtain, drenching the floor post-use. The bed configuration was awkward with two touching mattresses instead of a proper double, and no kettle for tea or coffee was a letdown.

The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette and close to the Roissy Bus stop. I loved how spacious the room was compared to most Paris hotels. Having a clean bathroom with good heating was a major plus, especially during chilly nights. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to assist with our luggage before check-in. the soundproofing left much to be desired. noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable.

Family friendly and good value
Staff were super kind and helpful breakfast was fresh and there's a small fridge in the room which is a must have
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but for Paris it was acceptable

Fantastic Staff and Great Location
I had a wonderful stay with a spacious family room that seemed like two connected rooms, offering plenty of sinks and baths for our convenience. The hotel's proximity to Gare Saint Lazare made getting around super easy, and we were near a fantastic bakery for breakfast options. I wished there were a few more in-room amenities like a coffee machine for our morning brew.

Friendly staff provided great assistance! We loved the quick check-in and the cleanliness of our room. Laundry service was a nice touch too.
The room was a bit cramped for two friends—consider a couple's stay instead.

Just a great fit for a weekend trip in Paris with fantastic value for money. The staff went out of their way to apologize after we were initially given the wrong room. Remember to ask for air conditioning before the summer heat kicks in.
